💾 ➥ Game Options

Description of the various game options available in the lobby, subject to change.

Game Options:

You can access the Historia game options tab directly by right-clicking the Command Block-like icon that appears in your hotbar when you join a lobby, just like the game menu or the shop:

Endless Matches: You can enable this option so that when you finish a match in a given game mode, it restarts immediately, automatically placing you in the queue for the next one.

Cosmetic Display: By enabling or disabling this option, you can choose whether or not to see other players’ lobby cosmetics (particles, companions, banners, etc.).
Please note that this setting is being rolled out gradually. Therefore, not all cosmetic items will necessarily be hidden.

Friend Login: By enabling this option, you choose to be notified in chat when someone on your friends list logs into the server. (You can access your friends list using the command: /f list)

Friend Requests: You can choose from three options here:

o Enabled: In this case, anyone connected to the server can send you a friend request.

o Group Only: Only people who are part of your group at the time they want to add you will be able to do so.

o Disabled: No one can send you a friend request; you are the only one who can add others to your friends list while this option is active.

Group Invitation: You can choose from three options here:

o Enabled: Anyone on the server can invite you to their group.

o Disabled: No one can invite you to their group; you will never receive such invitations.

o Friends Only: Only people on your friends list can invite you to their group.

View Boost Messages: By enabling this option, you can choose whether or not to see boost announcements in the chat when someone decides to apply a boost to one of the game modes available on the server.

Chat Messages: Enabling or disabling this option determines whether you see the full text of messages sent in the game’s text chat in the lobbies.

Receive private messages: You have four options here:

o Enabled: In this case, anyone on the server at the same time as you can send you a private message using the “/msg” command.

o Friends: Only people on your friends list will be able to contact you via private message.

o Group: Only people currently in your group will be able to send you a private message.

o Disabled: No one on the server will be able to send you a private message except for staff members

Mention Sounds: By enabling or disabling this option, you decide whether or not to be notified by a sound effect when your in-game nickname is mentioned in chat. If enabled, you’ll receive an audio notification whenever your nickname appears in chat—whether from a player, a message when you enter a lobby, or a death or elimination message.

See Other Players: By enabling or disabling this option, you choose whether or not to display other players on your screen when browsing the lobby.

Private Message Sounds: By enabling or disabling this option, you can choose whether or not to receive an audio alert when someone contacts you via private message, provided your other settings allow it.

Note that these options can be combined and may conflict with one another (for example: if you’ve disabled message notifications in your chat but your private messages are enabled, you still won’t receive anything if someone tries to contact you).
