Terms of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) apply to all purchases made on the HistoriaMC online store.

The items sold are exclusively virtual products (ranks, cosmetics, currency). They have no actual monetary value. Prices are listed in euros, including tax.

Payment is secure and processed through our payment providers, Stripe or PayPal. By confirming the transaction, the User confirms that they are of legal age or have the consent of their legal guardians.

Virtual items are automatically credited to the player's account within a few minutes after payment is processed. It may take up to 24 hours during maintenance.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium where performance has begun following the consumer’s prior consent.

By confirming your purchase, you agree to the immediate delivery of the service and expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

Any dispute (chargeback) filed without first consulting customer support will result in a permanent and irreversible ban from all HistoriaMC services.

No refunds will be issued once the service has been provided, except in the case of a proven technical error on our part (such as double billing).
