The community manager is responsible for managing the relationship between the project and its community on social media and discussion forums.

• - Engage with and moderate the community across various channels (Discord, social media, website, etc.).

• - Publish, schedule, and tailor content for each platform.

• - Ensure clear, consistent communication that aligns with the project’s brand image.

• - Propose ideas for content and community engagement (posts, announcements, events, polls, etc.).

• - Gather feedback from the community and collaborate with the communications, development, and administration teams.

• - Foster a positive atmosphere within the community and ensure rules are followed.
  

🎯 Role Objective:
Maintain an active, consistent, and engaging presence to grow and retain the project’s community.

- Be available, active, and regularly present on our platforms.

- Be at least 16 years old and demonstrate maturity.

- Have Minecraft Premium.

- Have Discord and a good-quality microphone.

- Have good spelling and a decent command of French.

- Have read and followed the server rules, with no past violations.

- Be motivated, willing to work as part of a team, and help other players.

- Have good communication skills (if not, we’ll notice).
